The National Research Journal of Human Resource Management (NRJHRM), published by National Press Associates, is a biannual, peer-reviewed journal focusing on scholarly conceptual and theoretical articles in human resource management and related fields. Its aim is to provide a forum for ideas that stimulate empirical research and critically examine existing concepts, models, and frameworks.

NRJHRM encompasses a wide range of topics within human resource management and allied disciplines, including:

It welcomes meta-analytical reviews that make a conceptual or theoretical contribution. All published research articles undergo rigorous peer review, including initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.
