ABSTRACT:
This paper examines the role of technology in education as an agent of transformation that
enhances teaching and learning experiences. It synthesizes current trends, theoretical
perspectives, and empirical findings to present an integrated view of how digital tools,
platforms, and pedagogical innovations reshape access, engagement, and outcomes. The
study identifies gaps in the literature, proposes a mixed-methods research design to measure
learning transformation, and offers findings from secondary synthesis and hypothetical case
analyses. Recommendations are provided for policymakers, institutions, and educators to
maximize the benefits of technology while addressing equity, quality, and human-centered
concerns.
