ABSTRACT
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies in modern organizations, reshaping the way businesses manage their human resources. Human Resource Management (HRM), once dominated by manual processes and administrative functions, is increasingly becoming data-driven, intelligent, and employee-centric through the adoption of AI technologies. From talent acquisition and recruitment to employee training, performance management, and engagement, AI enables organizations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making while enhancing the overall employee experience. AI-powered applications such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI support HR professionals in identifying suitable candidates, designing personalized learning programs, monitoring employee performance, and fostering continuous engagement. Despite these benefits, organizations must also address challenges related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, and ethical considerations. This article examines the role of AI in revolutionizing Human Resource Management by highlighting its applications, benefits, challenges, and future prospects.
